Order Requirements
  • Order Minimum $150
  • ReOrder minimum $100
Important information 
Processing times:  
June-September: 2 weeks 

October-May: 3 weeks + // Please note this is my busy season!  

Samples: Samples may be purchased from the store by opening a personal account and shopping for whatever you'd like. Make a note in your purchase that this is a sample purchase for (wholesale account email). I'll then take that amount, and apply a credit to your wholesale account. 
Payment: 
All orders must be paid at time of check out. Net options are available on my Faire.com site. Email me for access. 
Order Cancellations:  
If you decide you no longer want an order, please contact me within 7 days of placing your order for a full refund and cancellation. After this time, the order is in the line and I'm making it. If the 7 days has passed, and the order has not shipped, we will cancel with a 5% restocking fee applied. If the order has been shipped, and is no longer wanted, please return the package exactly as it has been shipped. A 10% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping can not be refunded.  Custom items cannot be refunded. 
Refunds: Items must be returned within 60 days. Items must be in unused, undamaged, saleable condition with no price tags. You can choose a store credit or refund. If the items have price tags or labels have been marked on, only a store credit will be issued. Returns will not be offered on "Special Discounted Items".
To Return: Please request an RA number via your account. Carefully package your unwanted items and send it back to us. We can send you a return label (deducted from your refund), or you can use your own label. As soon as the product is received, you will get your choice of refund or store credit. Please make sure they are carefully wrapped and shipped with insurance as damaged items will not be accepted.  
Out Of Stock Items:  
From time to time, some items may oversell. I'll contact you if this happens. We can refund those items, or substitute for other items as you wish.  
Processing Time:  
I strive to fulfill orders in a timely manner, due to the size of wholesale orders, processing times can vary from 2-3 weeks or longer during the holiday seasons. Please contact me if you have a question about your order or estimated times.  
Zip Code Protection: 
I no longer offer zip code protection. 
Local Pick Up: 
For local Wholesale Accounts, I offer free local pick up. 
Items damaged in Shipping: 
While this is a rare occurrence, it can happen. Contact me with the damage count and I can refund/replace/credit as you prefer. Please send pictures of damage.  
Labels: 
Please do NOT remove my labels. These are for the customers protection, and required by the FDA.  

Faire information: Orders on Faire must be returned with Faire. I cannot offer changes to orders or refunds via my website due to agreements with Faire.
